From the stock of well figured premium quality rosewood to the packaging process, All products are designed, engineered, manufactured & packed to strict quality standards, and are inspected numerous times during the manufacturing process, including a final inspection prior to packaging for shipment. To guarantee the quality of your furniture before it’s delivered to your destination, each piece is "checked" by our quality control department. This means it is again inspected for defects or problems that may have occurred during shipping. Any issues are then addressed, i.e drawers/doors adjustments, polish defects, fragile sign is missing or paper marks etc.. and finally, the piece is ready to look like it would in your home. Top |

Is rosewood timber well seasoned ? One of our technical departments is working 7 days a week to kiln dried rosewood timber on vacuumed and gaseous seasoning plants, so as solar. Moisture content is upto 8-10%. Only the finest rosewood has chosen, characterized by its deep grains and beautiful curls that form quality of wood and the look of grains at its best. If the timber is Non-kiln dried, it may have cracks, it can bend or split. Note : Please remember that there are varieties of rosewood timber are available around the world (mostly from asia), having different species and characteristics which definitely provides different qualities and prices to the consumer. you recommend for your furniture care ? One of the fine longitudinal cross grains solid wood is known as Rosewood. In its class it is 2nd most expensive & largest selling timber in the world. Our furniture & handicrafts are only made with the premium quality rosewood timber. Most of them are hand crafted. We suggest you to keep it clean, away from liquids, direct sunlight or damp area. Our garden furniture is lacquer sprayed along with other wood finishes so the sunlight and water does not make effect on it, still we do not recommend liquid spills because if it stays for a long time it may give marks on the polished surface. * A couple of furniture care polishes and sprays are also available which can be used on our furniture goods. You may have two options, either choose it from our collection or go with the standard design/colour. In all shipping modes, before placing an order we are required to have your complete postal & nearest sea port address, so we can send you necessary shipping details. (i.e. freight charges, transit time etc) Shipping documents i.e. bill of lading, packing list & invoice along with other certificates will be sent to you by courier within 7 business days of dispatching your shipment. By sea shipments: freight is calculated by volume. (cubic meter) By air shipments: freight is calculated by weight. (kg/lbs) Couriers: freight will be calculated by metric and imperial values for length, area, volume, and weight.

Insurance is only available on containers, by air and courier shipments at additional charges, On containers you can avail comprehensive insurance that is applied only on missing. (not on damage cases) Insurance charges are very nominal. Insurance charges on by air and courier shipments may be vary & depends on the order list. There is no insurance policy provided on loose container shipments via sea. (LCL shipments) Please remember that damage/missing cases are very rare. Damage only occurs due to bad handling or vandalism. Each of our furniture package is having Fragile Sign on it.
